    From the moment we walked in the hospitality was a 10 out of 10. They were very warm and welcoming and greet you as soon as you walk in the door. I will say come early because they do sell out of food very quickly especially on Sunday. We were lucky enough to get the half slab of rib and burnt ends, potato salad and baked beans. The ribs were probably some of the best ribs I've had in St. Louis and I love sugar fire ribs, the burnt ends could have been a little bit more tender for me but overall had great flavor. This place has a very home style feel and I definitely would recommend anybody going to try this even if it's just to have conversation with the people who work there. We had a great time and enjoyed a wonderful meal at a good price.

    I am absolutely amazed by this hidden gem of a rib restaurant. Located in a quiet neighborhood, Adam's exceeded all of our expectations. During our visit to St. Louis, we decided to bring two families of four here for lunch before heading to a ballgame, and it turned out to be the highlight of our trip. The ribs were incredibly tender and bursting with flavor - the best I have ever tasted. Every single person at the table agreed that this was a meal to remember. Don't hesitate, make sure to run to this restaurant and experience it for yourself.

    Get the salami, and the ribs! Don't forget the homemade applesauce and the yummy beans. And everyone is so friendly. But seriously, try the salami. I love it!
